Every joint engineered to disappear
The geometry is the easy part. Holding a mirror facet flat against a high-gloss lacquer panel, and keeping the gold banding true as it turns a corner, is what the factory is for.
From frame to container

Frame and carcass
Kiln-dried hardwood frames and panel carcasses cut in-house to the collection's geometry.

Lacquer
High-gloss lacquer applied and cured in a controlled booth, then flatted and polished between coats.

Metal and mirror
Brushed gold trim and bronze mirror facets cut to the drawing and fitted as structural banding.

Upholstery
Diamond quilting and facet detail hand-set, so the pattern lines up across the whole suite.

Assembly and inspection
Every suite is dry-assembled and checked before it is broken down for packing.

Export packing
Corner-protected, foam-wrapped and crated for sea freight.
Manufactured finishes,
not printed ones
A printed decor foil can imitate a diamond facet in a photograph. It cannot throw a shadow, and it will not survive a decade on a showroom floor. Mora cuts and applies the real thing — bronze mirror, brushed gold, cast relief — which is slower, heavier and the reason the pieces hold their value.
It is also why colour stays disciplined. Near-black lacquer against gold and mirror is the signature; anything else would compete with the material.
